Real Spankings is one
of the oldest spanking sites on the net, and although the ‘real’ seems
pretty meaningless in this context, the spanking part at least is
guaranteed as the site now has over 1,000 clips to download in an
archive stretching back to 2001.
The scenes are professionally filmed, with an unfussy video style and
thankfully no over-editing. The focus switches alternately from the butt
to the face - sometimes lingering on the latter too long perhaps - and
there are plenty of implements used to administer the beating, though
the ubiquitous cane isn’t seen as much as on other sites (is this a
British speciality?). The scenarios aren’t hugely inventive and
sometimes stretch the realms of plausibility: being spanked for not
doing the shopping, for example?! Quite right too I’m sure a few of you
are thinking.
The spankings can be severe, leaving obvious bruising on the girls’
behinds, and unusually for some of the time the girls are spanked fully
clothed, including in the butt area. There is very little full nudity in
fact, though when there is the spanker herself sometimes strips off too.
A variety of male and female spankers are used, and the girls themselves
are a fairly attractive lot in the main. The acting is reasonable too,
without any of the overdramatic false howling that ruins some spanking
videos.
There are four ways of navigating the content - by date, by series, by
model or via the search engine. This provides admirable flexibility, and
the search engine is comprehensive too with criteria including series,
implement, position, spanker and model. I also like the way that
hovering over the scene name in the calendar view brings up a small
window with vidcaps, a brief scene description and video details. Other
navigational features are less appealing, such as the extra clicking
required to get to download links and full-size images. I get the
feeling the images aren’t much of a priority here, in fact, though
they’re professional shots at a decent resolution.
Perhaps reflecting the age of the site, the videos are in the
increasingly unfashionable Real Media format, though they look quite
nice despite the average resolution, especially the latest ones. The
scenes are typically split into two parts, meaning file sizes are very
small, and sometimes the clips themselves are spread over a couple of
updates (the site updates regularly with a new clip every other day). In
conclusion, then, Real Spankings has a few failings but it offers a
large and mixed archive of good spanking videos.
