Not content with
operating their Private Collection site, which is one of the most mega
of all megasites, the folks at Karup’s have decided they’re overflowing
with enough porn to provide us with another gargantuan production in the
shape of Hometown Amateurs. They also claim that 98% of the collection
is exclusive to them. Some people just don’t know when to stop do they?
For what is ostensibly an amateurs site, the collection of girls is
stunning. And my word is there a lot of them. Plenty of sites boast
about featuring ‘girls next door’, but here there are so many models it
seems almost a statistical certainty at least one lives down your
street. The photos are divided into six categories - amateur babes,
athletic amateurs, ethnic amateurs, amateurs outdoors, amateurs with
toys and hardcore amateurs - and although amateur babes is easily the
largest section, the others all have at least 200 galleries in them.
Jeepers.
There is good variety to the galleries, especially in terms of the
ethnic and athletic sections, which outdo plenty of amateur sites in
those niches. I was particularly pleased to see the toys galleries as a
separate category, as this is a particular turn off or on for some. All
of the latest galleries are now what they call hi-res, which turns out
to be 1500 pixels, and excellent quality too.
The organisation of the videos isn’t quite as sophisticated, with only
softcore and hardcore sections. About one in every five videos is
hardcore and, of those, about one in ten features girl-girl action. In
other words, there is a fair bit of lesbian stuff here, but it is not
the site’s strength. Roughly every other video is now in high def in the
softcore section, less so in the hardcore category, and these scenes are
obviously the best if you’re after quality. The rest of the movie
collection looks fine, save for a bit of drabness on some of the clips,
and although this is an amateur site the production levels are usually
very professional.
Inevitably with such a large collection, the site doesn’t really have a
distinctive style or character, but the sort of people interested in
this sort of behemoth production probably won’t much care for that, as
for them it’ll be the choice that counts. Impressive update levels of
about ten new movies and ten new photo galleries every week certainly
help with that. I suppose the obvious comparison is with their own
Private Collection site, and the sites are very similar, though I would
say there are more American girls on this site. Either way, it’s a
monumental production which shouldn’t fail to leave you satisfied.
