Let’s start with a
fact courtesy of Wikipedia. Apparently Ed Fox, the photographer behind
this hybrid glamour and foot fetish site, attracted plenty of
disapproval in his art school days for taking pictures of nude women. I
never knew those arty types were such a stuffy lot, but rest assured Ed,
you’ll get no such naysaying around here where it’s the more nudes the
better. The site proclaims Mr. Fox to be a ‘world famous fetish
photographer’, a slightly grandiose appellation that we’ll forgive him
seeing as he has in fact worked with and for some of the biggest names
in the glamour industry.
Given that pedigree, the first things you would hope for are
professionalism and style. Looking at the photos, both of those appear
to be in evidence, with the work having an elegant yet erotic touch. A
little confusingly, the photo section is divided into two sections, the
first of which is called ‘Features’ and seems to contain more
traditional glamour work. There is plenty of focus on the feet here, but
perhaps a little less so than in the other section (called simply
‘Photos’) which has a slightly less professional sheen but might be more
in line with what foot lovers are seeking. It doesn’t seek to be
over-artistic, but Ed has a good eye for a striking image and seems to
have a personal interest in the fetish.
Ed’s connections are plain to see in the roster of models showcased on
the site. Without leaving the ‘A’s it’s possible to mention Aria
Giovanni, Aimee Sweet and Aaliyah Love - impressive indeed for a niche
area. There are some great looking amateur girls thrown in the mix too,
and hilariously the model index contains an ‘anonymous’ category which
is described as featuring ‘Models and actors that are ugly or don't want
to be famous on a ’porn’ site’.
An issue which is of some concern is image size. 1000 pixels for glamour
work is not catastrophically small, but the times they are a-changin’
and they are doing so quickly. The same applies to the videos, which is
a particular shame as they are actually extremely well filmed. Lots of
different styles are used in the video clips (there are quite a few
outdoor scenes in fact - unusual in this niche), but in each the feet
are shown in almost tender focus. There’s a smidgen of hardcore in some
of the earlier clips, and plenty of masturbation too, so this isn’t in
the ultra-softcore bracket.
Overall this is pretty much what you’d expect from a single-person
operation in a niche area. Two potential areas for improvement are in
the technical specs of the content and in the update rate (expect about
6 updates per month), but this professional and well-shot collection is
already of a decent size and should appeal to most foot fanciers.
